Inspired by Canadian friends after a delicious breakfast of American Pancakes with bacon, and further driven by a craving for sweet stuff, the wonderful Jamie Oliver led the way to these incredible pancakes with caramelized bananas. I must admit, since the first time we made these pancakes we have lost track of the number of times we have made them since, which surely just shows how good they are!
