Brilliant Bagels


300 ml warm water, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp active dry yeast, 420 g bread flour,

1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg, seeds for decoration


Browsing the pages of one of our favourite food blogs ( we found this great recipe which truly surprised us at the ease of making bagels! We have a great breadmaker which we use for all of our bread, but we decided we needed to venture out of our doughy comfort zone! We were ecstatic at the outcome of these, they are absolutely delicious!
